Jean-Paul Mugrditchian is a Creator and Founder at heart with more than 15 years of professional experience bringing software and hardware ideas to life across a wide variety of markets from water to aerospace to biometrics.

Jean-Paul is currently the Business Development and Sales Manager for a new technology division within Setton Farms, one of the world’s largest growers, processors, and exporters of pistachios. Jean-Paul joined Setton because he is committed to protecting the world’s fresh water resources, to ensure its purity and supply remains available for generations to come. Jean-Paul has been in and out of AgTech and WaterTech for the last 10 years including roles as COO of UpTerra, a revolutionary irrigation technology company, and Co-founder and CEO of GrowX, a vertical farming hardware/software company.

Prior to co-founding GrowX, Jean-Paul held various enterprise software development roles at companies including: SpaceX, Advantage Solutions, Booz Allen Hamilton, and General Atomics Aeronautical.

Ultimately, Jean-Paul's purpose is to effect the seamless integration of technology and nature, with technology ultimately being in service to humanities sustainability and flourishing.
